How to win without quitting, really it’s pretty simple… Don’t Quit!

Now the hard part is harnessing the power of your mind so that you can have mind over matter and push through the times that really challenge you, those times when your mind is just screaming, “QUIT, QUIT, QUIT!!!”

It’s when you dig deep and choose not to listen to your mind telling you to quit and instead use that powerful mind of yours to overcome the desire to quit that you will find yourself always winning.

The reward will greatly outweigh the struggle but you must have faith in this since you cannot see the reward until you have made it to the top of the mountain!
